Of all the pros on this channel, Will has been the best at describing in detail how to hit different shots. Fantastic, thank you!

A few years ago Will was on fire at the federal ex cup, that whole season he was playing great, then that darn back injury took him out for a while!$$ Hope he can return to form this coming season. Brilliant short game here, which is required at his level. Thanks for this!

It’s nice that he put emphasis on how the tour pros have unlimited access to clubs. Wedges aren’t cheap, 180 bucks a month for a new wedge is nuts for the average person.👍
@wadesworld625029 күн бұрын
Nobody would suggest an average person needs to change their wedges every month. Maybe once a year if you're a great player and one of those guys that plays 150 rounds a year. But for average golfers, every 3 years or so is more than enough, especially considering most golfers probably only do it when they change sets every 10 years or so.
@Favre081128 күн бұрын
The average person does not play and practice everyday like tour pro's do either, so no need to change wedges as often.

Agreed. I keep my gamer wedges fresh by having practice wedges that I practice and warmup with. Those are the shots that wear your wedges out the most. I used to replace my lob wedges every year until I started doing this, now I can go for years with fresh grooves. I also hit bunker shots with the practice wedge unless I’m playing a tournament that restricts to 14 clubs.

Thank you Will. Hope you’ll do more. I have transitioned to an all Titleist bag this year. The downside is that I don’t have any excuses anymore! 😂

Most PGA pros are on tour because they are short-game wizards. This is the content MOST golfers need.

Such a great guy. Hoping he can stay healthy and return to form. Assume he meant 60.04T, not 60.08T?
@rpmfoto29 күн бұрын
I am going to buy a 60T grind for cheap courses (crap lies all the time) in Texas. So curious about your comment. Why are you assuming 4 vs 8? FYI I also have a 60.14K so I’m wanting to experiment with extremes.

He may not be the best putter but his speed control is phenomenal. He’s one of the best on tour at 3 putt avoidance and that’s the help most amateurs need. He appears to be a bad putter because he’s such a good ball striker, that he misses a lot of putts you would expect him to make. If he gets hot with his putter, he will go very low.
