yeah I race this track a lot in AMS2 and I always think that when i go past that point in these cars, easily 290 KMH at that point

The marshall in 1977 was killed right before the bridge where the car stood still. In this video you can see that Depailler could only see the top part of the bridge about a second before he passes it. Meaning that Pryce had no possibility to spot the marshall if the track here in this video is the same as in 1977.
