I have a GTech vacuum cleaner which I couldn’t switch off. If you go to their website they suggest which new part you MIGHT need. So far I’ve bought 3 things and it’s still not working. The next bit is a new battery. At this rate it would have been cheaper to buy a new one. This is not a cheap product but it is full of plastic parts. You pay a high price for the brand name.
