Tbh if he owned up I'd have so much respect for him because I'd know he would never do it again, that's integrity! The worse part is he's such a GREAT golfer he doesn't need to cheat!

Patrick probably isn’t that bad of a guy and the media is pretty disingenuous and maybe we wanted a villain in our gentlemen sport. My boys n I will let each other hit if you are a few inches OB, and when it’s slightly wet we will do lift, clean, and place🤔. Except when there’s money on the line! Then it’s straight rules, 100%. Patrick may have done minor, questionable things and didn’t mean it, BUT, when he was building sandcastles he absolutely knew what he was doing and on the PGA tour that is completely absurd. Brushing sand back one time would really make the audience wonder but two times means he was totally cheating and that is unacceptable!⛳️🍻

I really rooted for Reed at Augusta when he won and don't have anything against the guy, but I have to say that he strikes me as the type of dude that came out of the womb literally thinking that the entire world is against him, and he hasn't changed his mind on that front. Exactly my thoughts. There is no other side of the story when you’re repeatedly caught on camera doing things that might as well be cheating. What makes it worse is that while I don’t blame his playing partners for calling him out in the moment or even after the round, I definitely blame the lame walking officials for kowtowing to the players. Especially when they are there to inform the players of the rules, not to enforce them.

With a straight face he doesnt know anything about being asked to leave by Georgia State, He was accused of stealing $400 a driver and other bits and pieces, from the Golf team locker room. The next day he was seen to have a fair amount of cash, when challenged about the cash he said he had won it by hustling a Ptofesser on the golf course, who was in residence at Georgia State, The Professer said he had never played a game of golf ever with Patrick. It was a total lie. The University did not make any criminal charges against Reed, as they did not want adverse publicity for the College, so they asked him to leave as he was unhappy their anyway, and the Georgia Coach got him a move to continue his studies and he briefed the Atlanta State college coach warning him about Patrick. He was dropped by hos Coach almost immediately because of his attitude. Where he continued to be disliked by his own new teammates, even although they knew he was beneficial to the success of the team. He is a talented golfer bad sadly a very bad egg. No Doubt.
