Got a pair of Patrick viIlan I would say they are about half a size bigger if compared with a pair of adidas gazelle /dragons. I only state the model cuz adidas sizing varies wildly for instance samba non-super and beckenbau and some tobacco are half a size too small. Crazy to think consumers have to dodge such a mine field when buying online….. I actually bought Patrick to spite adidas seeing as their quality control has been horrendous on the last three pairs I’ve owned gazelle and rod laver soles falling apart)

Very true that adidas sizing is all over the place- I can be anywhere from a full size down or half size up with their stuff. I’m grateful the Patrick sizing was a bit more predicated but I hope they do half sizes when they re-release the Liverpools 🙏

Look same shape n style as samba super, are they similar sizing?

Yes very similar to the Samba, and sizing they are on the smaller size- I’m usually a 9.5 but they don’t do the Rio in half sizes so I got a 10 and they fit fine. I usually get a 10 in adidas as they seem to run small.

I usually take a 9.5 in Nike. So do I go 9 or 10 in these?

I usually take a 9.5 in Nike as well and for these had to get size 10, as they are a more snug fit and 9 would have been too tight. Note that the Patrick Original (also known as the Patrick Liverpool) are available in half sizes so if you like those you could get a 9.5. For the Rio I have to go to the 10 and they fit fine, and also come with thicker insoles just in case they’re a little bigger for you. Good luck and enjoy!
