Hey everyone! In today’s video I’ll be unboxing ‪@nailzbydev‬ ‘s newest gel collections! This video features the 18 color trippy gel collection (3D sculpture gel) as well as the candy shop gel polish collection (8 vibrant pastel soak off gel polishes). After swatching, and showing all of the colors that I purchased, I’ll be doing a Patrick star character nail design with my non dominant hand! I’ll give you a few helpful tips for doing nail art with your other hand.

Thanks especially for the sizing info!!! I'm pushing a zero most times on my left hand but my right (dominant) is always too big that I have to sculpt it 😳 I can't even imagine being a size 2 😨 This is exactly what I need!🎉 Thanks so much 💞

YESSS!!!! I honestly wish a lot more brands would have big nail tips. I can’t speak for her other tips but these medium square ones are great! A little on the thinner side so you might want to add a little builder gel layer if you’re rough on your hands (I am lol..) but the sizes are amazing! The only other brand I’ve come across that are amazing for the size as well, are Not Polish’s 3xl square c curve tips. I’m about a size 2 or 1 in that brand as well. Dev has a code for them if you want to save some $. I’m glad you enjoyed the video ❤️❤️

I love all of these colors and the brighter the better. Also, it might just be me however, all the nails looked a little shiny. The matte top coat didn't look like it worked very well.

Yes they’re definitely gorgeous colors! I noticed that too, so I brought it up to Dev in one of her lives. Her sister responded and said it was maybe the percentage of alcohol that I used to clean the tacky layer? I’m not exactly sure but I don’t notice the slight shine on manicures that they post using the matte gel

Since you change your manicure a lot for videos do you use peel off base coat? I saw one by markett thats a gel peel off base coat. I was thinking about trying it.

Hi! I haven’t used a peel base recently.. but I used to put a peel base over a gel polish manicure! It worked the same! I used UNT which works amazingly!! I’ve tried a gel peel base (you cure it) and those nails did NOT want to come off lol. I’d say just read reviews and make sure others like it before trying a gel based peel off coat! I know Emily Susannah likes the jello jello peel base, maybe look into that one as well?

Is black trippy gel different than baddest black?

Black trippy gel is a 3D sculpting gel, baddest black is a pigmented gel liner (polish)
