I want to thank to thank Patrick for making me study my heritage. I'm not Native American, I am Swedish. Almost 100%. I was watching Patrick do his amazing dancing and how proud of his heritage he was. I admit, I was a tad bit chocked up by the beauty and the forgiveness that so many indigenous people have. We are immigrants. I am 3rd generation. I started investing the indigenous people of Sweden and have learned so much about those who first landed in the area of the Nordic land. I discovered that we were from the Sami tribe who were originally hunters and gatherers and went on to become reindeer keepers. We, too, had dances for good crops, we had medicine workers who also believed in the power of the native plants and appreciation for the land, the water, and the sky. Had I never had his video pop up on my recommendations feed, I would never have known about my genealogy. I thank you for that and am grateful you can be such a inspiration for the children you teach to dance.

Your dancing, the drums and song make me so happy! I just sit here and grin ear to ear. Awesome! I found a way to say thank you. Sending a bunch of stuff to several places in Pine Ridge Reservation.
