Saw this last Thurs evening in Kilkenny. Wow; speaking of being blown away! The writing is beyond brilliant...genius more like....and the acting is as good as anything I've ever seen on stage or screen....and that includes the great Brendan Gleeson. You so deserve to be in Hollywood Seamus; according to the brilliant story you shared with an enraptured audience on Thurs ngiht....you've been everywhere else!! Take a bow young man; unprompted emotional (anger, sadness etc) delivery for an hour is both the work of a genius and that of an artist. W

Wonderful presence about Sheamus Met him on Talbot Street one day. I sometimes suffer from demons of my own but what a calming presence he has.

I saw Seamus in The Pavilion in Dun Laoghaire last week;he got a standing ovation, richly deserved;a solo performance which totally captured his Audiences;actor, dramatist and poet all in one. Is iontach an fear é

I thought this was going to be one of Seamus O'Rourke's amusing tales and it kind of started like that. But as it rolled on I realised it was a story of loneliness, self worth, depression and suicide. His affection for Jacinta was so heartwarming. Not at all what I expected. Seamus has that skill of getting in your head and making you think - not just about yourself but others. Thanks Seamus.

Fair play to you Seamus that's a hell of a performance. Anybody impressed by this should do themselves a favour and look up Seamus's other performances on KZbin and arm themselves with his written work as well.

Unbelievable. Just simply unbelievable. More of an insight into mental health than 20 years of celebrities banging on and millions of euros on marketing campaigns..all in a 20 min video by a simple Leitrim hoor...
