Fantastic video lesson! It seems so simple in theory but to do it in actuality is much different. You have a way of explaining the process so impeccably. There’s a player here we know that hits the forehand routinely over 100 mph and it’s a forehand like never before. If only you could take a look at them. Love that tip you gave her after hitting the forehand down the line, to hurry quickly to the middle to hit a cross court winner. Admittedly I don't have great fitness or gumption to hurry and I meander a bit too long, and by the time I react, I'm hitting a desperation shot. It makes sense and looks really good, I'll have to try that out when I go hit next time. Awesome stuff.

Insane that she is a 9 utr at age 13, I’m a 11 year old that’s a 3 utr but I have had a very close match against a 4 utr that went to img tennis academy so I’m guessing a 4.4 utr. Edit: I’d your wondering the score it was 1-4 4-3(7-5) (7 - 10) I lost
