Much better if that 2025 Land Cruiser Prado LC250 has the 2.8 turbo diesel engine with 221 horsepower and 550 Nm torque like in the 2024 Toyota Fortuner and Hilux GR-S variant and mated with a new 8-speed direct shift automatic transmission so that will be the best option compare to the 2.4 turbo gasoline engine that is only available in the Philippines.

In Europe and the USA its known as the Land Cruiser 250 however it's still known as the Land Cruiser Prado in countries that the Land Cruiser 300 existed

You forgot to show us the head up display but overall it's a great car for offraoding especially how the it's a ladder frame design plus equipped with stabilizer disconnect and lastly this cars computer will make sure you wont have a hard time or get stuck in the mud easily

I think Toyota Motor Philippines did the great job cause this Prado is almost similar to the Nissan Terra due to the rear monitor that was used.

This Prado is a huge improvement over the previous Prados Toyota PH brought. I wish Toyota puts its 2.4L I4 turbopetrol engine in a Fortuner though, even if it's just a gas variant of the Fortuner GR-S.

Based on the price, these new Prados must be made at non-ASEAN factories, as there is clearly a 40% tax on the price. US versions start at 3.3 million vs 4.8 million for PH.

Sadly, cars in PH are more expensive than in the US and Canada. PH has one of the most expensive cars in the world, but not the most which belongs to Singapore. Here in PH, Toyota Camry is a price for rich people while in the US, it's just an average joe's car. A European once told me that in Europe even in Western Europe, even poor people and those who are jobless could buy BMW.

@fionajarnefeldt1024 Not all PH cars, only those made outside of ASEAN factories which have a 40% tariff that make them expensive. The Ranger Raptor for example is substantially cheaper in the Philippines than the US. Price for a 24' Raptor in the US is 3.3 mil while in the PH it's 2.4 mil. Yes ours don't get the V6 gas, but the diesel isn't that much cheaper of an engine. Most comparable ASEAN produced cars are cheaper in the PH than the rest of the Western World, such as the Corolla.

430nm of torque hindi pa rin po advantage offroad? 😅 405nm po yung ranger xl ko kung saan saang trail na napuntahan ko. Tingin ko yung mga nag ttow yung need ng mas mataas na torque. Mga lumang 4x4 nga po harkoran na trail nasa 300nm lang ang torque so tingin ko po thru experience, malakas na po itong 2.4L gas. 😊
