My only concern is that the car's instrument panel is displayed electronically. Pag nasira yan matagal pa bago mapalitan kasi oorderin pa. Yung stereo nga ng vios ko 1 year na hindi pa naayos kasi wla daw available na pyesa hanggang ngayon.

I bought a 2024 Toyota Raize E. After 6,000 km, I already got a CVT warning light. The gears are slipping. This is a real pain because I'm on Siargao Island, and there are no Toyota dealerships nearby. We're hoping we just have to top off the transportation fluid, but there's no Toyota Genuine CVT FE fluid available. Grrrr

Pa review naman sana ng Raize E MT 2024. Thanks! Planning to get one eh. Waiting lng sa stocks ng dealership in my city. naubusan sila ng stock ng E eh haha! I missed driving a manual so I decided to go for one with Raize since based on reviews of previous models, it has the same interior and other features with CVT. Which is a great thing since most MT are base units and has very basic interior and Head unit/display

Actually, all of these Daihatsu-based Toyotas in the Philippines, were actually from Indonesia..If you don't know where the Raize was made for the Philippine model, it is not made in Japan, it's from Indonesia.

The move towards ignition start/stop ignition button is a trend, but I'm still skeptical about it because while it can't be hotwired, ADAC showed a video on how car thieves can easily steal cars with this ignition system. When ADAC tested this last 2014, they didn't even have to break anything to get inside the car and drive it away, with a signal range extender device, they can just open the door and drive the car normally. The process only takes few seconds. I really hope they already corrected this security flaw.

There is immobilizer installed in this variant. It's difficult to starts the engine without the key recognized by IMMO module

@@benzonjhermogeno hmmmm. In the ADAC's tests, they claimed that the signal range extender defeats the immobilizer, hopefully the immobilizer in this variant rectifies that weakness.

may nakapag try na using 195/60R16 na tires sa Raize? Hindi ba lumakas vibration? Im sure lalakas hatak at gaganda fuel consumption kapag lumiit ng kauti tires kaya lang bababa lang ground clerance.

It would really depend on what you need. If you have a small family that would fit the capacity of a 5 seater, then a pickup truck would be okay. It can be a workhorse and a family car at the same time.
