You can buy beard cover which is a peachy/orange tinted cream. Or just use a similar coloured lipstick. I've used Mac Morange before. Basically beard covering is the same as covering blue blotches/dark circles under the eyes. The peachy orange tone cancels out the blue. Then you put your foundation over the top.
