Gotta love this guy! He starts with just one item, teaches a whole bunch of them, and somehow still manages to leave enough for us to explore.

Tip for your last macro with the circles: if you choose to expose the "Value" parameter from the published Centers instead of the Center parameter itself, you don't get the red keyframe button in the main macro control window; meaning it's easier to add animations later, cause you don't have to keep going to the modifiers tab 💡

This is awesome as always. Would love to have a series specifically geared to modifiers.

Awesome Patrick! I love to see and learn more about Modifer. This could become a fantastic niche for you to dive deeper into. Haven't seen much about modifers on yt.

Love this, thank you Patrick is it possible to animate "strikethrough" line with modifiers? cuz now i see only one option how to animate it: draw a line and animate. if its possible to make strikethrough using modifiers - please make a video about it or reply in the comment 🙏🙏

can you pleeeeeeaaaaaassssseeee make a video using the offset modifer on otion graphics to make like kynetic movement between shapes. Like the shapes reacting to each other kinda like most after effects edits.
@sebastianodibusti10 ай бұрын
excellent, in after effect there is a proximity expression, where you can determine an object or shape that when it gets closer to the others, its scale changes, do you know if something like that can be done in davinci? (Similar to second example)
@PatrickStirling10 ай бұрын
sounds like some of that would need you to dip into expressions along with modifiers but I think it's totally possible!

Dear patrick,if u dont know any more content to make maybe this is a idea and a lot of ppl could benefit from it. 3d models. example. Have a blender dragon with skin and all then get it working in davinci also with skinn and all. I cant get it to work properly and maybe u got some tips on how to do that. So u get a free model that came from blender,then import it in davinci. and get the skinn and moves working...
