Patriot Prime it has been great watching all of your videos. I think my favorite part is getting to learn about all of these G1 characters for the first time. I totally missed out on G1 so its great to get a look at all of the toys that started it all.

Congratulations on hitting 200, my friend! Another fun review of some cool, but fairly obscure characters. I have almost the entire Marvel series of the comics, including the movie adaptation and the Headmasters mini-series, except for 3 issues of the main run, which I just CANNOT find as yet...and even though I've read them all numerous times in the past, until today, I never even realized that it was Grand Slam and Raindance that they were fighting over back in that issue! SO, not only entertaining, but educational, as well! Nicely done. I managed to track down Grand Slam, minus his weapons, so far, but no Raindance yet. I won't even mind getting mostly worn versions of them down the road, because I've discovered some AMAZING chrome pens (like the paint pens, but chrome), which are SUPER close to the chrome look of the G1 chrome, so much so that it's nearly impossible to tell unless placed side-by-side with a mint set. They come in a couple of different tip widths for finer detailing in small areas, and regular sized bits, such as the guns for Grand Slam. You can find them at Hobby Lobby usually, but they aren't with the paint pens on the model car aisle, where you'd think they might be, so you'll have to look a bit. Camzilla has a video where he shows off how well they work, which is where I found out about them. They're brand name is called: Molotow. I plan to touch up several G1 chrome bits, like Ravage's side missiles & PMOP's bumper and other bits, maybe even his thighs for more of a Takara looking Prime...and I'll also be chroming up my modern legends class Insecticons for a more G1 look, and Reprolabeling them afterwards, as well as chroming their guns, which nonnef has produced for them with a very G1 flavor. (I highly recommend those guns for the Insecticons! They are awesome, and come in black or gray.) Keep up the awesome reviews, and I'll keep watching them!

Patriot Prime Reviews Nice work! Maybe you should try to do a G1 chrome touch up review of the Molotow pens...or if nothing else, chrome up something like your Bludgeon sword, as a demonstration for other G1 collectors who may not be aware of the option. Awesome job!

2024 now and I just found these on sealed card MOC, original G1 vintage Hasbro US release, in Tokyo Japan at a vintage toy specialty store, so shocked and happy to find them now and her, it’s so unexpected! I got them for $100 less than current eBay prices…Wow it’s been 5 years this video was made, but thank you Patriot Prime for this great review, and especially for showing us the vintage comics reference that was great! These two look so fancy with Blaster, Autobots Roll out!

Weird fac about is that titans return cassettes like rumble/frenzy and rewind have a tank mode as a reference of grand slam as always great video and greetings from costarica hoo rah!

Just saw DR Wu is making new cassettes for these two!!! they look good I'm interest to see what colors they will do. more then likely the regular colors (Blue and red) maybe a shattered glass color, and maybe a black one for the last color set. Since they did 3 color sets for the Chatterbox. I'm excited since hasbro is never going to remake these cassettes I'm out going to a third party for better ones. Great review keep up the good work.

I like these two as toys because the engineering: the transformations are so cool and well designed... ok, there's immobile arms the problem. However as transformers characters I don't like them because must sucks to be them, expecially Raindance. I mean, he is a sentient being and is stuck into a jet mode: unless landing somewhere, the guy just can't have normal social interactions like hanging out with other autobots. At least Grand Slam is a tank and can stop or go slower, but Raindance is a jet: if he was a copter at least he could do stationary flight, going slower, flying inside buildings. Again, it must sucks to be him.🤣
