Funny, I was justing watching Cyberverse with my 7yo and there was an Afterburner, he's a blue repaint of Trust in that universe, pretty cool looking. I did not know the name went all the wayback to G2, that's cool. Great review as always, thanks for sharing!

G1 actually, Afterburner is also the name of the Technobot motorcycle.

Another amazing Skyscorcher! Really sleek jet mode which looks fantastic with the lightning bolts going across the wings and an awesome robot mode. I don’t like the tailfin hanging off his back though. Mine has the Decepticon stamp located on the tailfin and I’ve only seen this on the European Snipe release online so I believe there’s a variant of this figure that hasn’t been documented anywhere. I’ve only seen the Decepticon stamp on the wing on carded G2 Afterburner figures.

Coincidentally, I just made a digitally remastered reproduction of the G2 tech spec card for AFTERBURNER. Maybe someday we'll get a modern (upgrade to deluxe) version of this figure and the rest of his team.

Looks like a nice toy. Funny enough, he was in Transformers Cyberverse season 4 as one of the Mercenaries. He is just a recolor Conehead.
