I really wish we got cool vehicle modes like this in the current line. The WFC line has been great overall, but Cybertron really gave us some gems

Wow, I have a recolor of that exact mold! It's red and dark blue with silver accents. "Cybertron Countdown" comes with all the same stuff and yes, still compensating

Cybertron had some great figures and this is no exception. Great vehicle mode and awesome robot mode. I love light piping and firing missiles and we do need gimmicks to come back.

Look awesome. That toy has been a recolor of it as Countdown. So amazing. I wish that BotCon make that toy as Doubledealer as a Autobot/Decepticon. And again cool work.

I was recently and was able to design a 3D printed replacement missile for him. It's a bit expensive on Shapeways, but at least it exists.

This is definitely a really good figure. I picked up pretty much everything from Armada, Energon... Eh, NOT as much, but still a good many, Cybertron... Barely anything at all by comparison to the previous 2 lines... There were a few that I wanted, but never hit shelves in my area at the time, such as Red Alert here, so I didn't have that many Cybertron figures by comparison. Flash forward, ditched about 90% of Armada, 1/2 of the Energon I had, and about 1/3 of the limited Cybertron figures... But was finally able to snag a Red Alert, although really just for the intention of converting his vehicle mode into a trailer for FoC Magnus, and a body armor upgrade for Magnus' bot mode... That said, awesome review on this guy...! I need to check my figure and see if he has any of the tools... I can't remember if my eBay "special" came with everything or not.😅 Cool seeing all the features of this figure though. Really enjoyed the detailed review and comparisons. Excellent work, and you'll definitely hit 10,000 by TFCon... Easily! HOOO-AH!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Awesome review. Cybertron (the series not the planet) is in my opinion one of the best series......figure wise. I did enjoy the animated series for the most part (best of the Unicron trilogy), but the figures were really outstanding. I have the first version of Red Alert (Deluxe Class) from the series but was never able to get this version. I do however have the Countdown version of this figure from the Universe series and he is one of my all time favorite figures, he has all the goodies that Red has, but in Countdown colors. I do miss gimmicks too, like launching missiles and the likes, I think the last time a main TF line had missies was back in 2014 (I could be wrong).

Funny thing is he's not supposed to be the same character as Armada Red Alert in Japan. Armada Red Alert was Ratchet in Japan. He is First Aid there. Different guys.

This is one I don't remember having from the Cybertron line. How missed don't know unless cause I was a "show only" collector maybe was an extra. 🤷 I actually think I had more cons than bots from this one.
