2:22 "Lack of play makers and offensive line...?" Why was the defense 23rd in the league in tackles? The defense gave up, on the average, more than 25 points a game? You can't win games if you have a poor defense.

Mayo should never have been given a head coach position right off, he should have spent some time as a Def Co...which is what he is supposed to know being a Def player to begin with. Vrabel was a savant in his day and understands the entire game. He is also a successful head coach already. Get him in here. Now if you wanted to put Mayo as a Def Co...it would seem like a punishment or a step down. Sad because I think he'd be better there....
