Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers spoke to members of the media outside Quincy District Court on Friday, Jan. 24.
Peppers was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery on a family or household member and strangulation or suffocation in connection with an incident in October where a woman told police he slammed her against a wall and threw her down a flight of stairs.
After hearing from four witnesses - including the woman and Peppers - jurors took about an hour to return the not-guilty verdict on all three counts.
In his discussion with the press, Peppers was joined by his attorney, Marc Brofsky, and his mother, Ivory Bryant.
