We need vrabel, bring in a good OC, sign a good offensive lineman or 2 in FA, a pass rusher, get Godwin or Higgins and then draft Tet and then maybe get a good guard in the draft and then go from there and fill the rest of our needs, maybe get a TE and RB at some point and help the defense out

The lions are the top team in the NFC, and they have a very good chance of going to the Super Bowl, So there is a good possibility any team won't be able to sign Ben Johnson until mid february, and many teams will be competing to get him signed you don't know what would happen then. I say they should sign Vrabel asap.

No to Higgins. McMillan is the same type of guy but I think will be better and will be cheaper over his rookie contract years. If we do get Higgins we should trade down for more picks. Hill would be an interesting pickup though with Mayes deep ball prowess. Just not sure what kind of impact he has in an already suspect locker room. I like Godwin and McMillian with Pop, Boutte and our TE’s. Probably need another guy though like Slayton, D. Johnson or Kennan Allen.

I think we should look at all our options before making a final decision but in the end I think we should pick Vrabel because our defense has drastically got worse and making it better with Vrabel will be a top priority and that’s the only problem i see with Ben Johnson what does he know about the defense he’s beautiful in the offensive schemes but defensive wise will he know what to do someone like McDaniels he was a beautiful OC but when he became a HC he plummeted plus with Vrabel we get that defensive minded head coach and that top 10 defense back plus get McDaniels and he teaches Maye stuff he taught Brady and stuff he taught Mac Jones in 2021 when he was so promising and OROTY runner up #Patriots

The England Patriots are not going to hire that guy from the Detroit Lions. excuse me I don't know his name. to be a head coach for the New England Patriots he has no experience as a head coach. and then say they shouldn't have hired Jerod Mayo because he had no head coach experience in the past. and then turn around and hire another guy with no head coach experience, that makes no sense to me. they are going to hire a coach with head coach experience, and that is Mike Vrabel.
