you know, as much as Saffy and Patsy hated each other, they also cared about one another. This shows that Patsy knew Saffy was the only one who would be able to help her, and Saffy cared enough to help.
@philbecker4676 Жыл бұрын
Right, this is a very noble and feminist "us girls stick together" interpretation but doesn't really match the characters. Patsy just asked Saffy because she only knows two people, Eddy and Saffy, and that day she tried asking Eddy but her mind was elsewhere. And Saffy absolutely does NOT care about Patsy in any meaningful way, she is just fundamentally a good person so would help anyone in need, even if it is a woman who tried to convince her mother to abort her, tied her to a reservation post of a motorway as a child, murdered her kitten, sold her into slavery (are you getting the point that they don't actually care about each other yet? 🤣) If Patsy has a kind thought for anyone apart from Eddy, it's Gran, but even that seems pretty intermittent.

Ha ha. They don't care about each other at all. The only thing here is that Patsy had nobody else to ask and Saffy is basically kind. Patsy only really cares about herself and Eddy, and even then does she care about Eddy or what Eddy can do for her? Patsy has no morals. A fabulous character.
@terrifier.x24 күн бұрын
patsy and saffy don’t care about each other at all. they hate each other. but the difference between them is, saffy isn’t a horrible person. patsy needed help and saffy was willing to set their differences aside for a moment to do that. it’s stated and shown multiple times throughout the entire show and movie how much they dislike each other, patsy was said to despise saffy from even before she was born because she would have been the only thing that could take eddie’s attention away from her.
