Cabbage 1 kg
Potatoes 1/2kg
Tomatoes 3 bigsize
Green chillies 3/4
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch for garnish
Oil 250g
Spices
Red chilli powder 1 ts
Coriander powder 2tbs
Tourmaric powder 1 ts
Roasted cumin powder 1 ts
Fenugreek seeds 1 ts
Chicken cube 1 pkt
Black pepper 1 ts
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chillies 5/6
Chop the cabbage
Peel and chop the apples
Chop the tomatoes too
Make a garlic ginger paste
Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds, add garlic ginger paste, remove the rawness, now add all the spices and fry well, add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft 2. / 3 minutes then add cabbage and mix in the spices. Add the potatoes. Add a cup of water and cook until the potatoes are soft. Garnish with green chillies and green coriander.
