Stayed at Shagwell for a few weeks my first time in Thailand, was a great place to stay.

I lived here for 9 months. Great location. Near enuf the Buakhao action and yet quiet. Very affordable too. The Bic C on Pattaya Klang is handy too

Great video which brought back a lot of memories. I stayed at the Shagwell Mansions Hotel in Soi Arunothai for 3 months in 2011-2012. It was then owned by Bob, a super Aussie character and a renowned artist whose paintings adorned every room in the hotel. If I'm not mistaken I seem to remember that he presented a TV programme in Australia that revolved around teaching people how to develop their painting skills. The Boomerang Bar which was part of the Shagwell complex was usually quite lively but closed in July, 2012. The beautiful LK Legend was originally intended to be a hotel and not a condominium. I'll have to play catch-up on some of your recent videos as I've just returned from two months in Pattaya where I was fully focussed on the bars, clubs and the lovely Thai women.

where Max Hotel on the right and the school yard on the corner you will see a white fence and steps on the opposite side of the Soi , well Fletcher who had Boxing Roo Bar on 3rd Road had this bar first then he aired Boxing Roo it was called ...... 2Dogs .......

Oh, my favourite soi. I know it well. Spanish Place condominium, love that condominium, very peaceful area to live in Central Pattaya. And just 4 minutes from 3er road or big C Pattaya Klang. Good location .

Max City is one of those Condotels (condo and hotel), I believe. The places inside are super nice. Can't beat the laundry and convenient store (lotus) right outside either. But like you said, you need transport if you want to party in central Pattaya.

LK Legend appears quite good! Looks like Tuscany architecture in Italy. I think I read on the main entrance gate that they were serviced residences. They can clean my mess anytime. Lol
