PATTAYA CENTRAL MARINA Shopping + REVIEW OMG BURGER vs MC Donalds - part 2
Shopping mall opened recently in december 2016.
Previously called central center Pattaya.
It still has the Big C north on the backside of the building.
OMG burger is a good quality Burger resto inside the Marina shopping mall. A little bit more pricey then Mc Donalds but a lot more taste. They sell Angus beef but also Thai beef in this restaurant. You must order at the counter but you can sit anywhere on each table in the food court.
I only tried the Angus beef burger here at OMG burger in Thailand. Probably one of the best hamburgers in Thailand.
Plenty of gift shops and a food market outside 2nd road near Honey Soapy massage.

Nice work Steff. I recently read that McDonalds raised their prices again in Thailand. I don't get their reasoning but they always seem pretty busy. On the other hand as I remember seeing the KFC prices and they were a lot lower than here in the states. The OMG burger looked pedestrian for that kind of money but it's in a mall after all. Congrats on the 3k subscribers!

Thanks a lot JF. I like Burger king and KFC also more. The Chicken burger from KFC is pretty good. But i don't eat that much fast food. Maybe once a month. But a good pizza, weekly :)

There used to be a street vendor in soi lengkee, opposite from soi diana. He made so very delicious burgers! And the ingredients was always very fresh compared to what they might be in mc donald's sometimes. If i go to big burger chains it usually is burger king. Somehow it feels the menu is the same this day as it was in the 90s in mc Donalds haha..

I like burger king also over Mc Don... at least in Thailand. In Soi Diana you still have Z-burger. They used to be good also.

Hey, It will be still high season in January. But the biggest crowd from xmass till New year, should be left. But i noticed this year, the high season isn't that busy anymore as the last years.

Looking for two things in Pattaya/Jomtien: Health food store, and dead cat for compact camera. Seen something like that?

I never seen or noticed any health food stores in Pattaya. Not an expert on that, sorry :) But there are fresh markets everywhere. You could have a look at Tops, friendship and foodland super market. They have plenty of imported food. You have online shops also in Thailand who can deliver it. For the dead cat: You can look in the shopping malls in the camera stores. Sure they order one if they not have it. Or you can have a look in tucom It mall Pattaya south road.

I know Pique. I shot last week a video at the Threprasit market. I was there 8 years ago when it was still a cosy dirt road where the stalls were standing. Now it,s all concrete, Heavy lights. Everything changes.

oui, tout change. je possède encore un vieil exemplaire d'un hebdomadaire datant de fin septembre 1987. tout écorné maintenant, cet hebdomadaire appelé "Bangkok , This Week", destiné aux touristes, était distribué gratuitement aux clients de tous les hôtels "de classe" à bkk. bref, une petite page est consacrée à pattaya. par exemple, un aller-retour dans un bus avec climatiseur coûtait 100,00baht.. et avec juste usa$:110,00 j'ai passé 5 jours fous à pattaya, hôtel, petit déjeuner, fille :), visite des bars etc.. avec ma "copine" on mangeait, (déjeuner & diner) dans des petites gargotes fréquentées par des locaux, la nourriture y est excellente... je vais essayer de conserver ce vieux numéro pour te le montrer si éventuellement on se rencontre un jour...

hey Hein. No, But there will be a new mall on beach road soon (i heard). Also a new Terminal 21, same as in Bangkok. If that will be the new on beach rd, i don't know. I thought 21 was build on 2nd road also. I can't follow it anymore :)

Yes, in most steak restaurants, they have Angus and also Australian Imported beef. Even Japanese. I did a review on some steak restaurants here in Thailand, But not uploaded yet.

Yeah, why not. Strolling around, looking at female people, have an icecream... before they had a good fish foot spa outside. Very cheap. Pity it's gone now.

yes. Still shooting with this camera. The image stabilisation is one of the best. Works perfect in day light. In night time it's ok, But there are better cameras for that. Looking for a new one now. I need a patreon account. haha :)
