Tony, do you think high season is going to be busy or not? I know Europeans air fares are stupid-high, and many countries in recessions. I'm an American expat (18 yrs in SEA - Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam) I'm ready to leave Vietnam and come back to good old Jomtien, but not if condo renters are jackin the prices because of "high season." What are your thoughts?

High season can't be an excuse for asking high prices. I don't like this. I believe the world is never the same after the pandemic and pattaya, too.

I bought a ticket in februari 2022 in Sweden to Bangkok and paid 650 euro and today it cost 1250 euro 👎
