When I read ‘pint cosy’ ’ I thought it was something for beer drinkers - coz a pint where I live is a bigger glass of beer than a schnooner is - but I watched the video to see the pattern is an ice cream cozy and that makes me wish I could go out and order a pint and be served icecream haha

I'm so sorry that you're having issues! The challenge with making videos for patterns is that people will try to get all the information off of the video, and not buy the pattern. Since my business runs on selling patterns (KZbin ad revenue isn't what you think it might be), that would be a problem. I am so angry with this seller and these products right now. I just spent so much money on this dang ruler and one of the dumb cards with the drawstring pouch pattern - I’ve now been home for an hour and can’t find a single video anywhere on HOW TO MAKE THE BAG!! If this person can make a KZbin channel and get a die cut of a ruler design made- they sure as heck can make a simple video showing how to make their simple products work and how to make the patterns they sell to go with them!! That damn bag pattern makes no sense at all!! The written instructions are horrible and very complicated to follow. The least you could do is have a QR code printed on the useless square of cardboard pattern you sold us- which takes us right to the how to video directly! I shouldn’t have to be sitting on KZbin wading through an HOURS worth of both KZbin adds and your own self promotions where there’s nothing more than a mere mention of the bag I’m trying to make! I should be able to sit right down and get to work after buying your useless pattern - your obnoxious ruler- a cutting mat a rotary cutter and some expensive fabric to make the bags I want to make. Not sitting here after working all day long and then going to the quilting store to grab a few things and having to endure hours of searching and waiting through commercials on KZbin AND your own commercials and still not being able to find just one damn video of the bag I bought all this junk to make!! Horrible. Just horrible.

Hi! Carolina here. Yup. I answer these comments myself because I'm a one-woman business. I'm reading a lot of frustration. I'm so sorry that has been your experience! If you'd like to send me an email at [e-mail], I can absolutely help you out. It sounds like you've discovered that I don't do videos of paid patterns. A free video of a paid pattern would leave no reason for folks to buy the pattern, and I would have lots of quilt shops upset with me that I sold them patterns that they can't sell because I'm giving the pattern away on KZbin for free. I've sold thousands of these "dumb cards" with very few complaints, so I'm confident we can get you on the right track. Just send me an email letting me know where you're stuck. ❤️ It is 9pm here in San Diego, so I'm off to bed... but we can chat in the morning. ❤️

When I'm frustrated, I step away from the project. It's amazing how a fresh set of eyes (and a good night's sleep) can show things in a new light the next day. Sewing is my escape, so it saddens me to see a fellow sewist like yourself not enjoying your experience. I hope today is a better day for you. Sending you a hug.

I’ve made several of Carolina’s patterns. Sorry that you are so frustrated with this one! I find the diagrams on the side very helpful, especially for placement of the template. I definitely recommend reaching out to Carolina directly if you need additional help.
