Im so glad Patti went and got Debbie. I actually heard Debbie sing live before Patti. The Great Jerry Butler was opening for Patti in Philly and he and Debbie had a song called Dont Be Like An Island, they tore it up so bad (of course they were all young then) that we were saying Patti got a hard act to follow but Patti cane out and tore the place up, we laughed we cried, we were exhausted but Patti has always been my #1 singer and Debbie is right there with her.🌹💯🌹

What a wonderful message from Debbie to Patti. They have been together for SO SO long as friends. Many folks don't understand just how powerful Debbie's voice is. She brings CHURCH every time i listen to her sing. She truly is blessed as much as Patti is. And she's a wonderful human being. As a gifted singer myself i always look to this women for inspiration when i sing.
