What is so amazing to me here is that Patti is so relaxed singing this. She's hitting these high notes without any effort. It's easy for her. There isn't even any recovery required. She just nails it and comfortably moves on. No wonder we all knew who she was on The Masked Singer. No one else can do this, and make it seem effortless.

Wow. Loved this performance. So creative and delicate... and then as thrilling as ever. Patti has managed to keep singing into her senior years better than practically any singer I can think of. She doesn't sing the same way she used to... but she has managed to figure out how to mix her upper voice in a way that is still exciting, even if it's not the same as her power belt of years gone by.
