If you are looking for a cute fall gnome to make, this one is super easy to make. A Thanksgiving gnome and a fall gnome are great decor pieces. This will liven up any space. A new kind of pine cone..hummm..wow! You will think of everything. This guy is very handsome though! All decked out! Well I got some time to check this out ..of course.. hopefully when he sees the doctor again on Thursday they will take the stitches out finally and give him a boot to wear and both of us will get a bit more freedom!! horrah!! I think this Lil man is one of my favorites! I love his hat and boots. Yesterday I went to DT and spent $132.00.😬. Why? I couldn't say no and I am hoping to motivate myself to get back to crafting. I was smart though. I took the majority of the stuff I purchased to a friend's house. 😅 Didn't want to explain what I bought to my husband 🤪. I love all your gnomes! I have gotten a lot of inspiration from them. I saw this last year and thought it was so adorable! I started making some autumn gnomes this year and thought I would try this one. Boy I did something wrong! Mine just looks like a jar lid 😢!!! Not sure what I am doing wrong. Maybe my jute is too small. I brought the biggest I could find at Hobby Lobby. I will try again.

@@PattiJGood I tried that it wasn’t stiff enough. It just squished the poly fill down. I am going to try and find something fine shaped and put parchment paper on top of it so the jute won’t stick to the dime shape and see if that works.

Soooo darn cute!!💓 where do you get your corks at? My friend gave me some corks and they are super hard , and I had to get a knife and carefully cut them in half long ways , I was making GNOMES to go on the fridge and ,I only did a few because my hands were getting sore and tired. I need to invest in a pair of mitre shears, sort of expensive because I am on a fixed income and with everything going up ,the shears are at the end of the list of things I want .😁 well anyway,Please keep sharing your creative talents with us! Thanks Regina. The fabric for this one I purchased on Etsy. You can buy individual sheets of this. It is a felt that has a wool blend.
