Maybe try to soldering the two broken winding wires together and see if it works depending on how long the winding is and if you have a solder iron and if you still have the motor.

@xavierbreazell5877 I did give it a shot. It seems the one set of windings melted together. I tried to soider it together and I think it's all melted together. When I plugged it in just another puff of smoke came out. I usually see those motors at flea markets. We have one tomorrow if the weather stays clear. I will definitely update with a new video.
