It humbles you as a father to watch. My son taught himself off the internet as I have no musical talent. I was a roadie for local and national acts or as my son said, a lackey. GOD has blessed Kiss beyond measure and yes their hard work and boldness of plan made them famous at the right time and place. I know, I was at one of their concerts in 1976, man i feel old.....
@applejacks97112 жыл бұрын
Why does it matter who is or isn't a 'better' player?? Here's a guy that is teaching his son his trade, and a son that is getting to spend time with 'dad'. I think it's awesome that Evan has the opportunity that he does. I'm happy that all the band members get to spend time with their families on and off stage. KISS rocks and that's all there is to it.

Father - Son time on guitar is something wonderful. I share this with my wonderful son and great guitar player James who's 17. I can honestly say it's the most fun we ever have except when we go to see Joe Satriani & Eric Johnson, Van Halen, Chickenfoot, most recently KISS!!! (then a Steelers game since) and these times are great but when we play music together and look at each other and smile it's cool. I enjoyed seeing Paul's pride and gleam in his eye. He is GOOD! Everyone seems to be having a good time, too. Gene actually looks like he has some pride in Evan's abilities as well. I had heard that Paul said Evan plays better than he does and that he hoped Evan would go his own way in the musical world. But, Daddy sure has some pride showing! Tommy is certainly not like Ace, but he has gotten much better. No one will ever have the same on-stage presence that Ace does.
@tcconnection Жыл бұрын
Better? 😅 Tommy taught Ace his parts for the reunion tour! Tommy has his ways that have always been fine, he's the longest lead guitar of Kiss ever. So professional and kind to all the fans. You do know Tommy is holding back here and mostly doing rhythm with Paul?
