I have many pics of Paul with Iron Maiden from back in the day. I also had just purchased one of eighty Test Pressings of his new album in the UK, and minutes later, my mom told me he was gone. RIP my dude!

Paul was in fine voice here, and clearly loving it. Bloody excellent musicians too!! Sadly i've never caught him live, I was hoping to get to see him next year, but alas I never will now. What an amazing musical legacy he's left us with though. R.I.P. Paul, and I hope you're now enjoying that great gig in the sky with all the other great artists....enjoy mate! :)

To this day as good as Bruce is I still prefer Paul’s vocals on the tracks from those 2 older albums. Paul’s voice isn’t nearly so polished as Bruce is and he sounded more evil at the time which I liked a lot at the time and I still do. I still love both of those old albums to this very day 🤘🏻been a big fan of Paul and his singing for over 40 years now. The guy is definitely a legendary metal singer 🎤🏆 in his own right and always will be. R.I.P. 🕊️Paul Di’Anno Thanks so much for the kick ass music Brother !

Still sounding punk, just like when I saw IM on Killers tour in Liverpool- Amazing to hear that sound- what a singer and presencence. IM seemed to drift away from me after Paul D left- lost their soul

Seriously ? Iron Maiden went into the stratosphere once Bruce came in. With Bruce unlimited vocals the band could also expand on their music. Maiden became the legends that they are today .

Exactly 2 months before October 21st. Was this his last concert?
@MetalRocks20242 ай бұрын
No he did a few more up until the end of August. According to pauldianno.co.uk his last gig was 30.08.24 Kraków, Poland which fittingly was a Sold Out show. R.I.P Paul.
It’s hard to sing sitting down. Breathing gets affected (especially if you are smoker). He’s got an odd style here but no doubt he was a pioneer.
