Just like Matt Rhule said, without saying it directly, blame the NCAA for not adapting to the times. No reason to not have headsets, audio in the player helmets. All they do is make excuse, after excuse, after excuse and bring up due process, what aboutism, all teams cheat( yet they never give names), due process again, let the investigation play out, and what about the kids. And I get it, Fox paid a lot of money to air Michigan noon kickoff, Michigan Ohio state, and the big ten title game. But they are all still saying nonsense fed to them. Hell none of them called for due process when msu immediately suspended 8 players last year after Michigan called for their heads without due process. Yet 7 of the 8 had all charges dropped and were reinstated and Michigan ended up getting a fine. But again, the Michigan brand makes them money so I get it. And that was an actual criminal investigation in which due process matters and Michigan media fan boys said that does not matter. But yet in a non criminal , non court of law case, suddenly due process needs to come into play.

Finebaum is not lying., Everyone knows that FOX Sports is soft on Michigan. Colin Cowherd and Joel Klatt openly cheer for and root for Michigan whenever Klatt appears on Cowherd's show. With that said, Finebaum is overly critical of Michigan, and he always has been this way. To me, this is completely overblown. Yes, Harbaugh broke a rule, but if you don't think that "scouting" happens in all of college sports, then you're naïve. Also, just because I know a play is coming doesn't mean I can stop the opponent from executing the play, but if you've never played a sport, you'll never understand that.
