Anyone who plays PSG or tried to, knows that Paul has a HUGE talent. He is very approachable, not at all stuck up. I wish I had 1% of his talent. Those who criticise, I assume, you can do better! JR.

I've been playing Steel long enough to know, no matter who was playing this, his mistakes are better than anything any of the commenters have ever played. Me included.

Well Paulie, I see you've still got it.That is a beautiful arrangement extremely well done.I has a video make the top ten most watched videos of 2014&15. You were recognized as the great artist at a very young age, while I did'nt reach my peak in poularity until I was 80 yrs. old.I just thank God every day for all my blessings.I would love to come see you perform sometime so keep me updated.

I’ve known Franklin Since he was 17 and I’m sure he was just having fun. He probably didn’t think it was going to go to KZbin.

What are you talking about? That boy has barrels and barrels of fun every time he sits down to that steel

Must have had a bad night. Too busy with all the string bending stuff to the point where you're asking "what's the song called"?

It is VERY sad that one of the world's GREATEST steel Guitar players, would stoop to playing garbage like this. He literally destroyed one of the GREATEST songs ever written. A case of "ad-libbing" a song to its ultimate demise; trying to dazzle his audience with "footwork". How sad indeed.
@chrissims62896 жыл бұрын
I don't even believe this is Paul Franklin... it's awful..... maybe it is him having a bad night.... the song would have been better executed if the timing was faster sometimes that can throw off a player

@@ronedgeley2642 Most people could show him how to play this tune better than that , what was he thinking ? Taste has gone right out of the window.
@MrGreentrek Жыл бұрын
He could play it anyway he wanted to or anybody else does, he thinks outside of the box; you're obviously not ear trained to hear what he's doing.

I didn't enjoy listening to this, it was skilful overplaying with a couple of mistakes and not very tasteful.

@@ronscott168 Even Paul says "shit, sorry" when making one mistake 1:32. Some comments even think it is not Pul Franklin. Nuffsaid .
