I tore my ACL, medial meniscus, lateral meniscus and MCL fully. I was out for like 13 months and missed my senior year of basketball. That was the hardest thing I've ever had to go through, I can't imagine how hard it was for PG. Dude was literally at the pinnacle of his career. The fact that he's able to still play at an incredibly high level is a testament to his hard work and love for the game of basketball.

@@munezbuckets830 Know the feeling. Exact same injuries and later another Meniscus tear. Also broken hand, broken femur, broken elbow, twisted ankle and so on. Most of it happened playing football (soccer) and some things happened playing basketball. And I'm only 24 and a player who was always relying on athleticism. Acceleration is gone a bit but sprint speed and vertical is still there when trained.

I injured my right leg two months ago I broke my tibia got a surgery so they could reattach the top of the bone back to the tibia I stayed home for over a month not mentioning a week in the hospital and the two hours in the car to get to the hospital and over four hours of waiting in the hospital that night was absolute hell trying to get an xray was brutal. then after three weeks I started going to school and that was the best day of whole time I’ve been injured the happiest moment of those two months i never thought going to school would be such a big deal for me until I experienced staying at home for a month straight I’ve tried to keep a positive mindset and still trying to keep it I’ve started to walk without crutches today and in a few days I’ll start physical therapy. I’ve kept in mind Pg’s and Kd’s injuries but especially their comeback stories they really kept me going through this healing process because of how well they’ve bounced back hopefully I can bounce back too and get better and better.

We can look at the video of his injury and see the amount of pain he felt. But one thing we couldn't see was that emotional part of missing out. Of the 'what if?' scenarios that were created because of an accident he had. Crazy thing is that listening to this clip made me remember how I felt the same way about that Pacers team. I felt they all needed 1 more year to really give it to the heat. PG13 was just one of those players that got better each season and to be hit with a situation like that musta been literally a drop from the top of the mountain to the very bottom.
