Hello Have you tried connecting a Phonak audeo sphere Bluetooth hearing aid with a Bluetooth desk phone? I have. I had mixed results. The hearing aid pairs perfectly and works as you would expect. When the wearer leaves the desk and returns, the Phonak Audeo sphere Bluetooth hearing aid fails to reconnect with the Bluetooth desk phone. Other Bluetooth headsets reconnected automatically to the desk phone when I repeated this test. Mark Hodgkinson CFone Communications
