Paul Heyman in my mind is on the Pilliar of Professional Wrestling. The idea of Sandman vs Raven storyline came from him I did not know...that was one of the best storylines ever in Professional Wrestling, and trust me as a Young Adult when I was, I broke down when The Sandman broke down....it was monumental during my life at that time. God Bless and Protect Paul Heyman and his intrests.

Im legit excited that they put him in the hall and in philly. I spent a lot of time at Viking Hall in the late 90s for ECW and its still something i talk about on a regular basis 25 years later. I just wish i wasnt poor so i could be there to see it in person.

What a ride it's been for Paul and his career in wrestling. From being a 13-14 year old kid just wanting to take pictures to hopefully to get them in a wrestling magazine using a camera he got for his bar mitzvah to actually going down as one the great minds in wrestling history and as a performer being one the best talkers of all time. It will be great to see him finally get his flowers tonight at the hall of fame

What about Tod Gordon? He started ECW. Man deserves some credit
@airbendingeagle23587 ай бұрын
Agreed, Tod Gordon did start ECW and deserves credit. But Paul Heyman took it to the 'Extreme'.
@_eriksson137 ай бұрын
It was Eastern Championship Wrestling when Gordon started it, Paul made it Extreme and had Shane Douglas trash the NWA belt after he won it
@bbxsandman7 ай бұрын
Tod started & owned ECW until fall of 96. Heyman was Tod’s booker. Eventually Tod couldn’t afford to run ECW anymore and sold it to Heyman. That’s what happened. I just feel like Tod never gets the credit he deserves. Heyman should have corrected John but of course he won’t because he’s sticking to his and WWE’s narrative.

@@bbxsandman there was a falling out between the 2, they probably will never mention him, and now that I say this he’ll probably give him props lol
@littletom19787 ай бұрын
Heyman nailed it while not mentioning Vince by name, Saying for so long the performerw were being forced into the vision of one, where they cant excel, rather then nurture the talent presented with to shine in their own skin. Thats where his talent always has lied going back to ecw. Hide the weaknesses, Exploit the positives.Stars are born

His HOF speech was the greatest speech of all time. Without a doubt, the greatest manager of all time! Fucking POINTS, for calling the NFL, FAKE!
