Great book for those who have not read it! The free flow of ideas and the ability to profit from ideas is critical. Allowing and promoting innovation and research unleashed human creativity. The Judeo Christian work ethic and related doctrines across the Western EU and Americas was a very significant underpinning of western power and success.
