I was in my teens working on a shrimp trawler in South America off the course if Suriname ,after a night's fishing will drop anchor in the morning to clean the last drag and get the net ready for night's fishing captain turn on the the radio finder A/M station that morning many years ago I first heard LOVE IS BLUE IN MUSIC AND after in lyrics I was totally blown away and now in my seventies am still blown away great music good for the Mind and soul. "When the peace sign was for real," that is so true. Now so many people display backwards peace signs, which actually means the same as the middle finger gesture, so it's pretty much the opposite of peace. Gangster rappers popularized the backwards peace sign (and I'm convinced they new exactly what they were doing). I wish the youth of today would embrace a peace and love attitude instead of a gangster lifestyle. Thank you for sharing your thoughts 😊

Augusto, what a beautiful story. My girlfriend met in the pool. Just pure coincidence. And indeed love at first sight exists. We both came from completely different families. I had a very sweet mother and father and my girlfriend's were less so to say the least. Despite being raised differently, we have been together for 33 years now, with a 2 year hiatus due to a midlife crisis with my girlfriend, but love conquers all and our love is even stronger than before. Of course life is not all roses and moonshine (I am Dutch and the latter is a Dutch expression which means that life is not always fun) Life does indeed have different colors and this song describes it very nicely with an insanely beautiful melody.
