Low key I think it would be a really fun idea for an anniversary special(maybe like a web exclusive one or something)where a bunch of the doctor actors take on each other well know scenes and speeches like this and try to recreate them with their own little tweaks and changes to fit their incarnations. Like imagine different actors doing 9s earth revolving monologue in the Rose episode.

Seventh did it great. Eighth is too nice. I kinda see why Moffat had a hard time imagining Eighth as the war doctor when Chris (9th) declined.

I don't know, man. I think he did it his own way. It has a quiet intimidation about it, like a cool guy at a pub who's getting antsy. Like "stop that now, mate. We don't want trouble" and he does have that eighth doctor whizzin' about, bit of hysteria he had in the film. A bit like eleven. I think it's really solid and a good departure from just bombast. Like it's an actual threat. He doesn't need to yell.

I'm still pretty sure that the reason Paul McCann didn't return was because of the BBC not anything Buffett personally chose I really like the War Doctor though like really really like him if I had a time machine I'd rewrite it so Doctor Who never got canceled and we get three whole seasons of both Paul McGann through the late '80s and '90s and John Hurt through the late 90s early 2000s and Stitch it up to wear a new who begins in 2005

Well, although he is considered as an alternate-future incarnation of the Doctor in the same vein than the Valeyard and so few others, the Curator has certainly proven to be a living example of a possibility for the Doctor from being capable to regenerate back into one of his former bodies/personaes-- in this case, the Fourth version.
