I keep telling KZbin to stop putting ads in ANY meditation or hypnotic sessions - in many territories it is still illegal because people are in a highly suggestible state and it could be really harmful - subliminal ads were banned many years ago so anything slipped in must be similarly banned.

I’ve been listening to this and one or two other videos of yours. I always thought it was BS when people would say they got money. Last night I won $300 in a 50/50 raffle. I never win anything. Tonight I got pulled over speeding and when looking for my Registration found $125 worth of Visa GC that I must have forgotten about. I think from Christmas 10 months ago. Listening to this video elicited a soothing emotional response, a rush of tears but no sadness. I also experienced eye fluttering followed by a tingling sensation in my fingers and legs. Within the first few minutes, vivid visions of my life resurfaced that I'd seen before, but have not yet experienced. As a reference, I listened during the day in a quiet space without distractions and focused on being open to a mindset shift and abundance (ie virtuosness, affluence, spirituality, health,etc). I first tried this a few weeks ago and didn’t even realize I was under until he counted to open your eyes and I “woke” up! It was so weird! Did it again last night and forced myself to stay awake. My eyes closed a little and it was fuzzy, my eyes fully opened when he started counting! Such a weird feeling but really cool!

Happened the same to me! The first time I've tried the happy trance hypnosis and I fell asleep. I tried this one today expecting the same and for some reason I immediately woke up when he said "wake up". I've noticed the happy trance video mentions that if you fell asleep during the session it's okay, but in this one it doesn't say that. So after this I'm totally confident on the effectiveness of this method.

Theres loads of these hypnosis videos on KZbin but I don't trust them. Listening to someone say "I am wealthy" to me just sounds like someone telling me over and over again that they are wealthy but it doesn't make me believe I am wealthy. I trust Paul McKenna and I know it's working because I fall asleep listening to this but wake up at the end of the video when he says to wake up no matter how deeply I fall asleep.

Everyone can go in to trance/hypnosis. You're just expecting it to be like stage hypnosis. It's not the same! There's different levels of trance, it's normal to hear everything and it's also normal to dip in and out like daydreaming... It depends how deeply you allow yourself to go. I'm a hypnotherapist so that's how I know. People expect to be hypnotised like they see on stage or tv... This isn't the same thing. Just listen, relax and don't 'expect' anything. Listen and chill... That's enough trust me.

When should you listen to this? In the mornings after waking up or before going to bed?

BOTH is best, but either will do. Try journaling . In the night list of your to-do's, or a specific goal or concerns for that day just before you start the video. Write a positive affirmation at the bottom of the list. Maybe something like, "all is well". Or "I receive my breakthrough and find solutions today", etc. In the morning, write any insight on solutions, any dreams, or just free flow for a few minutes. Then write a few carefully chosen affirmations and return to your meditation visualizations with gratitude and see the magnificent change in your day. Be sure to note in your journal and celebrate any changes in mood, good luck, promotions, new teachers or connections you've made each day.

Hi Paul. I've a question. Can I listen to two audios simultaneously? E.g. can I listen "I Can Make You Rich" and "7 Days To Change Your Life" simultaneously. You are using two different communications in the same audio. So can I listen to two audios same time? I know subconscious is capable of multi-tasking. So this should work. Also, because two audios will keep away conscious mind and the your great suggestions are directly fed to subconscious mind. What do you recommend?

I am a hypnosis student and there is a technique to bypass the conscious mind and go straight to the subconscious with layers of programming. The idea is to just let all the layers play while you tune out. If you try too hard to listen in it defeats the purpose. I am sorry the technique's name escapes me right now. I would suggest your idea could work very well.
