Paul: Ministry in Corinth | Pentecost to Patmos | Episode 9 | Lineage

The city of Corinth sits in a beautiful location overlooking the sea and during Paul’s ministry he visited it twice. Adopting a different strategy than he had in Athens, Paul unashamedly preached the gospel of Christ without apology. Here in Corinth Paul stayed for 18 months and whilst ministering there he supported himself as a tentmaker showing his adaptability and industriousness.

Me; I must ask. Did we discuss this already? Doesn't this mean Ellen is saying; Sunday AOK? Ellen White. Desire of Ages. All days are Gods; in which to carry out His plans for the human race. Him; My answer to this has been consistent throughout. All days were created by God, making them His. But there is only one day that was sanctified and set aside for weekly worship, which is the seventh day. Mrs. White does not differ with that view. Me; Sabbath wasn't sanctified. Sorry to point that out. In which to carry out His plans for the human race, means what? Im taking another look at Ex 20:11 Does sanctified; look like strictly a Genesis word? If so; Sabbath isn't sanctified. Him; Genesis 2:3. You must read a different Bible than I do. His plan for the human race has always been to bring them home to the relationship with Him that He always intended, until Adam and Eve chose differently. I am curious to your line of reasoning? It is obvious she is saying every day is to serve the Lord. No Adventist disagrees..but Sabbath is Holy day of rest, mentioned at creation and in the 10 Commandments. Sabbath of creation is once a week on the 7th day. (Sundown Friday - Sundown Saturday.) You then bring up two sections referencing sabbaths of feast days. Which are not the same thing.. The Sabbath of creation is as previously stated mentioned in the 10 commandments. The Moral Law. The feast day sabbaths are written on the scroll of Moses. Which Paul tells us were nailed to the cross.
