He had it all except for the leaping ability, what made him unique is he relied more on skill to cover up his weakness, only Kobe has a better footowork at the wing position in that era, He had to be creative, Pierce does the hesi and step back, reverse pivots, sneaky blow bys, battling against elite atheletes like Vc and Tmac. I miss that era were they can be methodical and look good at the same time.

he wasn't moving with intention...he was just living. He said he didn't know what he wanted...how you get caught up. Work for Disney...be fake in public. I absolutely know men and women at ESPN that frequent strip clubs in more egregious settings than what Pierce was in, but he was new-ish and unpolished in the Jalen Rose level of apology/politicking game...he definitely shouldn't have been fired, but he also did it a year or two before it would have been used to ESPN's advantage...ESPN image and talent management is way different 2-4 years since Pierce has that "issue"
