Right on! I might even argue that LOTUS mouthpieces make the biggest difference for beginners or high level pros. For beginners, the geometry of the mouthpiece really becomes appearant because we haven't learned to manipulate it to counteract the built in flaws yet. When you get a mouthpiece that puts everything where it belongs - you don't need to train your body to compensate for the flaws in the gear. And for high level players, they can adapt their energy input to only give it what's needed - which is where these mouthpieces really shines. The cases where they work the least is for players who use a lot of tension in their playing, or who are consistenly overblowing (because they really are more efficient). If you are using way more energy than what's needed - they will give you diminishing returns. But if you're willing to calibrate your energy usage to work less - you'll reap the benefits. /Henrik

Practice. No mouthpiece will allow you to play like Mr. Sanches unless you practice your ass off . Just like any great musician has to.

​@theimp5901 Arturo Sandoval played for many years on a 3C. Mouthpieces is just a 🔧 🔨 (tool) not to make you play or sound better(marketing)

@@RealSyncFN We're still quite a bit behind on many of our mouthpiece orders, we've been receiving orders at a higher speed than we can make them. However, we are producing them at a higher speed now than ever before, and are in the process of scaling up our production to meet the market demand. New staff has been hired and new CNC machines installed to increase the production speed. We aim to be caught up with our current orders in roughly 8 weeks. They are coming, you can be sure! /Henrik

What do you recommend for a yamaha model professional trumpet. Seeing a lot of of those available than a bach strad

I'd say you get a whole lot more horn for your buck with a LOTUS trumpet, if you're willing to spend a little bit more. The way I see a trumpet is that it's an investment over time for all the hours you play it, and if a horn genuinely makes life easier for you - it's worth spending that bit extra if you can afford it. It pays off in the long run. /Henrik
