What a terrific freakin' artist. I can't tell you how many times I've seen his "Synchromy in Yellow" at the Norton Simon Museum here in Los Angeles. It's one of my favorite paintings in the entire collection with its relaxing, almost meditative, subject-matter, especially in regard to its vivid autumnal colors.

Wonderful paintings

Héritier de l'école de Pont-Aven, comme Gauguin, Sérusier (1864-1927) nous fait souvent penser à Paul Gauguin, un autre 'Paul' avec ces couleurs uniques, qui illuminent ses tableaux. Admirez ses paysans bretons et ses paysages. Un immense postimpressionniste ! :-)
