probably gets overlooked due to the weirdness of the post 2008 albums, but the guitar work on silent circus alaska and colors is some of the most blisteringly fast and technical shit ever, he's one of the few people like ben weinman or greg kubacki that no matter how hard you try you will never replicate the sounds they make with their guitar. masters of the stringy boi

@Melosistheshit Na man...i have to say being a stoner I actually LIKE chill music (pink floyd etc...) over death metal music, it just so happens i love drums...and with hardcore, fast drums comes heavy metal music so i adapted to like SOME of it...most of the songs i play are just cause the drums are amazing

he should of stayed with Ibanez, Paul Reed Smith isn't all that great. I don't see all the hype..I put a JS2400 up against a $3400 PRS and the JS killed the PRS easily..just my opinion

Dakota Jennings Plus Marty never does sweep picking. He does a ton of arpeggios but never sweeps.
