I have love Paul Wilbur's music since I discovered it maaaany years ago. My mornings normally starts listening his music and I play it for hours, never get tired of listen to it. I can listen it all day long.His music always ushers me into our Fathers presence and encourage me to worship Him. This is the first time ever that I listen to him teaching, he is awesome at this too. He is an anointed worshipper, and he is event getting more anointed now. the thing is that, Jesus is The Lord of sabbath and His believer celebrate Him every moment of their life, so we should not feel guilty of not keeping sabbath. guilt means we have not been perfected in the love of God, Gods love is much more than what we believe and know. Dear Pastor Wilbur, Good day. I am a Christian and we also do Communion in our church to remember the Passover but we only say a little prayer and message of faith as we the take the Communion not like how the Jews do it. And the first time i watched the Shabbat in your video, i appreciated the Passover more than how we do it. And i understand, is it okay if i say something about this? I think i know why you eat first the food that will remember the Passover because it is to remember what your ancestors has endured during that time in Egypt. To make the present generation to remember what their ancestors have endured so that the present generation would appreciate more and try to live their life now worthy and pleasing to GOD because of the sufferings their ancestors endured in the past for them to be here in this present time. Also to remember what JESUS did for us. And our sense of taste will make us remember more a memory of what transpired in the past. In our Communion, we only take a simple cracker and juice but i take water only because of health reasons. I saved one of your Shabbat video so that every friday, i can observe Shabbat in my home. Hola hermanos en Cristo, una pregunta quiere esto decir que si no nos reunimos en sábado no estaremos salvos? Porque decir esto es ser anatema.Yo entiendo el día de descanso como un día que damos al Señor. Los que nos reunimos en domingo estamos en pecado? No lo creo. Si estoy de acuerdo en la importancia que tiene el shabbat, y cualquier mandamiento o fiesta del Señor. Lo más importante es que los que creemos en el enviado de Dios, Jesús el mesías, el Cordero de Dios, venimos a estar en un nuevo pacto. Jesús vino a cumplir la ley, no a abolirla. Primero que nada bendiciones y paz hermano, segundo esa respuesta te la puede dar Jesús (Yeshúa), a través de su palabra y con oración, él espera todas nuestras preguntas sean contestadas con él. Lo que le puedo decir es que el "nuevo testamento" nos comenta que quizá no tiene que ver con salvación (al menos eso es lo que se aparenta), lo más importante es mostrar fidelidad a Dios a través del descanso, incluso este día fue instituido en Génesis con la creación de la Humanidad. I'm a tremendous fan of Paul Wilbur songs. But Paul must understand that one man named Paul just like you, had been in charge by God to demonstrate to the Jaws how the law had passed away with the cross cause Jesus was the one who fulfilled it on our behalf. Now we are under Grace dispensation. Keeping the shabbath means not understanding the book of Romans, Galatians, Colossians, Hebrews... Rom 14:5

Dear friend, Thank you for writing and sharing your concerns about some of the things we are speaking about these days. First of all, the statements about being under or obligated to the Law totally misses the point. Which law are you referring to that has passed away? Adultery, murder, covetousness, loving the Lord with all your heart, obeying your parents? In fact, if we just stick to what Jesus said in Matthew 5:17, not only are the commandments still relevant, He raised them to there highest expression and said if you commit these in your heart, then you have already sinned! What I am sharing in this video is merely looking to re-engage Scripture on a personal level and trying to honor the King in those things He shows us. You will not ever hear me say, “you have to do this or else.” I am not the Holy Spirit, but we do strive to obey Him when we hear His voice. And like a man who finds a treasure hidden in a field, we are excited to purchase the whole field and reveal the treasure for anyone to enjoy with us. Again, many of the things we enjoy as sons and daughters we count as privileges of family, and would never try to force any of God’s goodness on anyone. Remember, Sabbath predates Torah and is demonstrated first by our Father (Genesis 2:2-3), and it is mentioned even after Jesus returns and the new heavens and earth (Zech 14, and Isaiah 66 to mention two references). "Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become [a]guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets" Romans 3:19-21. The law is valid for those under the law, so that all the world can be found sinner. That was the purpose of the law: showing to everybody that you can't approach God based on your performances. Indeed law gives knowledge of sin. But Jesus gives knowledge of JUSTICE. And justice means His perfection that is imputed to us regardless of our perfomances. We can't be anymore under the law, if we do we make vain the sacrifice of Jesus, cause HE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD ACCOMPLISH THE LAW WITHOUT FAILING. Yes you're right: Jesus showed us that even looking a woman is adultery. Showing us how the law was impossibile to be fullfilled by men, but only by the SON OF GOD. Indeed Matthew 5.17 is telling us that Jesus didn't COME (born) to take away the law, but to FINISH it! To observe and conclude it instead of us! Cause nobody could approach God based on our works, but only by the grace of God based on Jesus performances not ours. "For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace," Ephesians 2:14-15. Look how Paul calls the commandments OUR ENEMIES. Jesus performed so many miracles on sabath with this purpose. You can't please god observing the law, nonetheless keeping the sabath: "For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all." James 2:10. Everybody of us the bible says fail at least 7 times at day. God is not basing his relationship with us on the law anymore, but on Jesus justice. And we are now the righteousness of God. I could keep on mentioning a lot of verses from Romans, Hebrews...but Acutally the solution is tho read and study all Paul epistles. I just wanna remind you this verse: "So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding festival or a new moon or sabbaths" Colossians 2:16 Shalom to you dear Paul, your music is always awesome!
