Paula Kahumbu harnesses the power of storytelling to inspire a new generation of conservationists

National Geographic Explorer Dr. Paula Kahumbu has been defending the rights of elephants for years. The renowned conservationist is the primary storyteller of “Secrets of the Elephants,” a four-part documentary series executive produced by filmmaking visionary and National Geographic Explorer at Large James Cameron, and narrated by Academy Award-winning actress Natalie Portman, which premiered on National Geographic on April 21, and Disney+ and Hulu on April 22.
