Thank you to all NHS paramedics across the UK. I owe my life to them after suffering 2 cardiac arrests and 4 respiratory arrests due to COPD. You guys are true heroes. ❤ From the NWAS - SCAS and the other Ambulance Services. I just want to say words cannot express my gratitude to what you all face on a daily basis.

Cancer is something that you don't embrace. Why would people say that. I've lost many loved ones and relatives to cancer. People should be supportive of her through her treatment and make her feel supportive

Embrace in this situation means to accept what is happening, and do what you need to take care of yourself. Like this lady reducing her work hours, and not being ashamed to wear a headscarf or of any other changes her body may go thru.

I have a really big question So me and my twin we both want to be paramedics and I was wondering if like there are rules like we arnt allowed in the same ambulance or not on the same shift? If possible can you answer my question
@b.c3073
@b.c3073 11 ай бұрын
There’s nothing to say you wouldn’t be allowed together. There are married couples, best mates etc that end up on shifts together. You’ll usually get given a crewmate after some time and you’ll work with them for the majority of your shifts. I know colleagues that pick up overtime shifts with their partners, mates etc. It’s so rewarding so the best of luck to you in pursuing it.
