I was a teenager when this came out. My parents were alive back then. So were my grandparents. Now they're all gone. How incredible that we don't realize just how special those times we lived in back then were. Little did we know. That they were the most significant times we will ever know. My Mother played this song in her room. It brings back those memories like they were literally yesterday. If only we can go back in time. I understand now why my parents would always listen to the 60 and 70s all the time. It's the 80s and 90s for me. Songs like this take me back to my youth and brings back the memories of being a kid . Everyone says it but it feels so true, time flys by so quick. He asked me out and we went to the winter formal and I moved away after my freshman year. He was my first love and best friend and we kept in touch up until his death a couple of years ago. When I’m home I always go and “visit” with him and still talk to him. He was my Keanu. ❤
