Hey Paul. I’m watching and enjoying. You and others have shown the Bimini model a few times. Amazing home and outdoor space. Don’t know if possible, but I would’ve loved both sinks on the middle island. Master suite is awesome. Love his and her closets. The house is so big. Lost track of bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Beautiful home. I kitchen is beautiful but I would rather have a huge pantry then the double islands. Love the size of the bedrooms. If I move in the near future I will contact you. Love the way you film each room.

The main floor layout is good. The 2nd floor could have been better. Each bedroom should have an ensuite even if it means getting rid of that gaming space. I'm not a fan of bedrooms sharing a bathroom, not even a jack-and-jill setup.

Hello, I was born and raised in New Jersey but I know live in Italy. I love seeing the video's of the homes you place on the web....lovely homes. I only have one question.....Why so many "eating areas"? In this video when you enter the home you have a dining room on your left. Then you have a kitchen with an island which seats 4 people and in the same kitchen a table which sits 6-8 people. Why? The seating of the island I would eliminate because you don't see eachother....everyone looks at the stove area and all seated in the same direction. I would keep the kitchen table for 6-8 people for "normal family meals" and keep the dining room for special occations like Holliday's. This is my personal opinion. I say this becaus (for me) there is a lot of "wasted" space. Thank your this video, you always show lovely homes.
